But You Asked Me A Question

So, yesterday I went to the dentist for my six months cleaning session. I always get the same hygenist and to be completely honest she kind of annoys me a little bit. I still have my dentist up in Canoga Park where I use to work just because I rarely go and it's just easier to keep it there. Anyway, she found out when I first started going there that I worked for The Sports Authority. She use to come in all the time while I was working and would ask me random questions about swimming suits and ask me to give her discounts everytime. It drove me crazy!! Well, I can deal with all of that as it is just how it is. But one of the things she does that absolutely annoys me is she will ask me a question when she has some type of dentist like tool in my mouth and when I go to answer her she yells at me for talking. But..But...you asked me a question you crazy lady!!

The Weather Is Gray and So Am I

I feel down today!! And not necessarily down as just stressed about so many different things in my life. I guess that is the typical way to feel the older you get. OMG!! I'm going to be 27 years old...hahaha!!! I don't feel like I should be that old. I don't feel like I should be worried about money, bills, careers, relationships, and so on. But I am and I probably always will be as that is just who I am. Keep your fingers crossed that we find a place to live ASAP! :)

In light of recent events I don't think it would be appropriate to post one of my pointless blogs. I think there are more important things we should be reading and thinking about at this time and especially on this day! My thoughts are with all the people I don't know and who may be suffering with the events of the other and the events of the past!

Okay, so let's just bring the song, "All Night Long" by Mary Jane Girls back to our ears!! Seriously, it's the smoothest and coolest song!! It makes you want to sit with a cocktail in hand, but at the same time you want to shake your ass a bit!!! OHHHH SOMETHING'S GOT ME SO EXCITED BABY!!!...

A Good 40 Items

So, I was at Ralph's the other day and happened to walk by the self-checkout line and noticed a man in line with a good 40 items. I laughed with disgust and then heard the lady tell him he needed to go to a different line. THANK GOD FOR HER! :)

Day Off

I am trying to remember the last time I had a Friday off!! I have to say that I am very happy today. I want to go workout. I want to go to the beach. I feel like going shopping even though I don't have any money!! But at least I can look..right? I really think I need a vacation and unfortunately my real vacation doesn't come until July when I get to go to Alaska. It will be an ideal vacation and I cannot wait!! Anyway, I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend and stay warm! !:)

That Was Awesome!

Last night my friends and I went to the Ringside Concert at The Roxy on Sunset Blvd. It was an absolutely fantabulous time. One of the band members of Ringside is on the tv show "Brothers and Sisters", therefore, some of his cast mates were there from the show and of course I went crazy for a little while. And then I got over it..haha!! The highlight of the night was when Enrique Iglesias hopped on stage and started singing with them. All I kept screaming was, "Bailamos" even though they obviously weren't singing any type of Spanish song whatsoever..haha. But it was funny and I once again realized how completely normal it is to see celebrities in this crazy place. Because when the show was over I didn't run to see if I could get and autograph or where they all went after the show. No..I went home and had breakfast with my friends! :)

And Yet Again..

So, there's no rent control in Los Angeles really unless you live in certain areas obviously. They increased our rent once again and so we've decided to start looking for a new place. I had it in my head that I really wanted to get my own place, but financially maybe it's not the time right now. I've gotten myself in so much debt since my years in college that for the first time I feel like I might be making a tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny bit of progress. Sharing a place for another year or two doesn't seem like a bad idea to me. It actually seems like a very wise and good idea. Plus, I do love my roommate..WOO ERIN!!! Anyway, it's always stressful looking for a place but in the past two days it looks like there is a lot out there and places that much cheaper than what we pay now..hopefully. It's just that we have such a wickedly large nice place and it will be hard to top it, but if I can pay $50 bucks less than what I pay now I would be happy..haha! Wish us luck!!

Dodger Dogs

I went to the Dodgers vs. Angels game on Friday night with two of my favorite people in the whole world. I got to eat the "famous" dodger dog and it made me very happy. Even though it is like any other hot dog the fact that it is called a dodger dog makes it all better..haha. Anyway, the Dodgers kicked butt and the seats were fantastic. I hadn't been to a baseball game since May of 2002 with my sorority...haha!! I hope to go to many more and always be in the company of good friends! :)
