What is wrong with Canoga Park?

Ever since I started working in Canoga Park I have wondered what is wrong with the people there. And by people I mean the people that we attempt to hire for a job. No one understands responsibility these days. People come in for one day of work and never show up after that first day of work. I don't get it. It's the easiest job in the world. It is unbelievable. Maybe I get more worked up because I spend a day training them and giving them orientation and then they just don't show up. What is wrong with people? How were these people brought up? They are all a bunch of assholes!!
