Really Flippin Cool

I have a story of another irate customer that grace my presence at Sportmart today! Allow me to give you a synopsis of the story followed by the dialogue....The printer jammed at the cash register and I was called to the front to fix it. I explained to the customer that I needed to void the transaction and rering what he wanted to purchase. He was already pissed off because supposedly nobody had helped him(he bought under armour underwear mind you) and he was in a hurry like everybody else in the free world is. This is how the story goes.......

Blair: I'm sorry sir I have to void this transaction and re-ring what you want to purchase since the receipt from the original transaction did not print out the first time.

Customer: Can't you reprint the receipt or something?

Blair: No sir, unfortunately our system is ancient and is not capable of doing it!

Customer: Whatever, just give me the damn void!

Blair: I can't give you the void because we need it for our records.

Customer: Well make me a f@#$%^& copy or something!

Blair: Sir, please don't use that language in the store. If you would just hold on and listen that was what I was going to tell you I would do for you next.

Customer: I am in a goddamn hurry. This is f@#$%^& ridiculous.

Blair: Not only are you offending me with that language but you are offending other customers in the store.

Customer: You are a f#$%^%& idiot!!

Blair(red as all hell): Sir, I am going to have to ask you to leave. Get out of my store!

Customer: What? What are you talking about?

Blair: Get out of my store!!!

Customer: What's the corporate number? What is your name?

Blair(pointing): The number is over there and my name is Blair Brown. Would you like me to spell it for you? B L A........

Customer: Whatever!! This is absurd!!!

By this point I walked off and if it hadn't been for my friend behind me digging her nails into my shoulder and giving me the sign not to flip out I probably would have gone off on the asshole, which would have been wrong and awful. I deal with customers like this daily but I have never had one cuss at me like this before....hahaha!! Only me!!!!
