Aviator

I saw the movie the "Aviator" last night. It was fascinating and there are so many things about it that deserve an Oscar. I find myself even more involved with the hype of the Oscars this year because my roommate works for the Academy. The movie is very long but I felt it was a movie that needed to be that long. There was no way around it. I actually didn't want it to end. We saw at the Arclight, which is a place that has amazing seating, a bar, and a restaurant in it. It is $4.00 more to see a movie at the Arclight than in a normal theatre. I think it is completely worth it. Amoeba records is right next door to it and if you haven't heard me talk about Amoeba records well let me just say how immaculate it is. It's the greatest record store I have ever been to in my life. It's even better than Virgin Records. I could get lost in there and spend more money than I even have in my checking account. Last night I restrained myself to only buying the "Napolean Dynamite" soundtrack!. This soundtrack is so SWEET!...HAHAHAH
