What's going on?

You know what is funny? There is a guy in the apartment above us that is constantly playing his guitar. And it's always like folk music or something and he is not ever really good. I then hear him talking but nobody ever responds to him. I just don't understand how someone can be playing their guitar at all hours of the day. It's like John Denver is alive and lives above us. HAHA
